When Teeth Need Restoration

Same-Day Placement with CEREC
In the past, receiving one would mean two to three visits, but we’ve embraced a same-day option for years! In only one visit, our team can offer repair and restoration that looks natural and that has the potential to last for years to come. To get started, we will numb the tooth being treated to gently remove structure from it, making room for the crown. We then take detailed images of the tooth from multiple angles with digital imaging technology, using these to create a detailed 3D model of the tooth. We design it and upload the information into an onsite milling machine. The restoration is then crafted from a solid block of ceramic, which is durable and able to be color-matched to blend with your smile. In the same visit, we will attach the crown with a powerful bonding agent, so you leave with a restored smile!
Maintaining Your New Restoration
Your completed restoration will look natural and help improve the health and function of your smile. But our team has a few tips for keeping your restoration bright, and also safeguarding your smile as a whole. Be sure you brush twice a day and floss every evening, and try to limit the amount of sugar and starch in your diet.
